1. 外在形象管理 (Outer Appearance Perfection) - 個人整全形象 (衣飾造型配搭、專業形象)；學校品牌形象 (校舍、校服)
2. 內在發展 (Inner-self Development) - 個人內在調整 (16性格發展、進階DiSC行為模式、獨特性與發展、品格、領導力)
3. 親和力提升 (Likeability Maximization) - 正向溝通、聆聽與提問、敘事結構、共情力、感染力、社交及餐桌禮儀等

曾任青年領袖培訓、美容學院導師聘請及培訓工作；
培訓對象包括中學至大學生、保險、美容、美髮、飲食及珠寶業前線人員、航空業前線及後勤職員、文職及管理層、金融分析師及主播、
音樂治療師、教師及校董、香港三大大學行政職員、教會牧者及長執等；曾提供培訓地點包括香港、澳門、廣州、馬來西亞及澳洲。


整全形象培訓目的：
讓青年、在職、不同背景及年齡層之人士確立自我身份認同 (self-indentity)，達到三大目標：
